Keewe is looking for its next Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Who we are

What we’re looking for
· An SDR 100% focused on cold calling
· A generator of phone-based business opportunities
· A doer who knows B2B prospecting and loves the field
· Someone who enjoys precise pitches, structured follow-ups, and the thrill of a “Yes” earned over the phone
· Autonomous, resourceful, motivated, with strong commercial presence and persuasion. You’re driven by business development and are interested in FX/foreign exchange, banking, capital markets, and sustainability.
Your responsibilities
Your playing field: outbound prospecting, primarily by phone.
Core missions
1. Prospect identification
Find the right accounts and contacts in relevant segments; enrich data for maximum quality.
2. Outbound calling
Make 200 calls/day to identify and convert qualified leads; fall, learn, and try again until you succeed. 4 meetings booked a day.
3. Needs qualification
Ask sharp questions to understand challenges and detect buying signals.
4. Solution pitching
Represent Keewe with a tailored pitch. Beyond financial products, raise awareness on climate/energy topics, carbon footprint, emissions reduction, and contributions to net zero.
5. CRM hygiene
Keep records accurate; plan next actions methodically in the CRM.
6. Structured follow-ups
Build multichannel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).
7. Sales handoffs
Pass highly qualified, well-briefed, well-contextualized leads to sales.
8. Performance tracking
Monitor activity & conversion metrics (call rates, qualification, meetings, market feedback). Be data-driven.

· B2B phone prospecting experience

Prerequisites ✅
· Degree (business or relevant field) or equivalent experience
· First experience in sales or prospecting is a plus
· Strong appetite for B2B sales
· Interest in fintech/scale-up environments
· Knowledge of FOREX / capital markets is a plus
· Fluent in Polish and a working proficiency in English is expected
