Your responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction and maximizing long-term value.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Account Management & Revenue Planning
Manage a portfolio of strategic FX accounts with clear retention and growth objectives
Identify, structure, and execute market opportunities across all FX products (spot, forwards, options)
Work closely with internal teams and banking partners to design innovative, high-performing, tailor-made solutions
2. Client Relationship & Advisory Approach
Act as the main strategic point of contact for portfolio clients and senior stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, executives)
Share clear market insights, propose relevant hedging strategies, and support clients in optimizing their risk management
Position Keewe as a long-term trusted partner
3. Revenue Expansion & Cross-Sell
Identify upsell opportunities (new corridors, increased volumes, new FX use cases and products)
4. Client Health Monitoring & Risk Management
Anticipate churn risks or activity decrease
Coordinate with Accreditation / Onboarding teams to quickly resolve friction points
Ensure compliance and operational quality
5. Strategic Contribution & Internal Feedback
Provide structured feedback to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
Actively contribute to the management of strategic accounts alongside the Head of AM and the CRO

Requirements :
Education
Master’s degree (Business School, University, or equivalent)
Specialization in finance, international business, or economics is a plus
Experience
5 to 8+ years of proven experience in FX sales within a financial institution and/or fintech
Experience managing high-value client portfolios
Mindset & Interests
Strong client-first and long-term mindset
Comfortable in structured yet evolving environments
Interest in retention, expansion, and service excellence topics
Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
FOREX
international payments
complex financial products (spot, forwards, options, etc.)
Ability to interact with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors
Understanding of client financial challenges (flows, volumes, margins)
Ability to collaborate with Sales, Accreditation, and Product/Tech teams
Comfortable analyzing commercial data (pipeline, forecasts, KPIs)
